A man looks to unpack a complex root cause analysis and determine the real pain points for his business. Martin's Story

Martin was introduced to The Advisor Guide by his accountant in order to address his primary pain point: unwinding a complex Root Cause Analysis (RCA) structure. In order to go through the RCA process, we worked with Martin and his accountant using an iterative technique to uncomplicate his structures. By gathering data and identifying causal factors in order to determine the root cause, The Advisor Guide was able to get Martin to greener pastures.

OUR SOLUTION

The complexity of an RCA structure can be daunting for accountants working in silos. That’s why, at The Advisor Guide, we brought in subject-matter experts and consulted Martin regarding his current taxation plan. We extended our advice to include efficient ways to save on taxes, formulated estate planning goals, and set up a sound wealth transfer system.

PLAN FOR THE FUTURE

Martin was comfortable with the direction of the new strategy and was happy knowing that the right things were finally in place. Our priority was to provide Martin the peace of mind that comes from knowing that his money was working for him and that he was now able to be tax efficient.
